Hi.

I don't seem to have "QoS Packet Scheduler" under Install>Services in Connection properties. Could you please tell me how do I install this service. I am using Win XP SP2.

Try the Internet Information Services or more importantly(I think ;)) Networking Services in the Windows Components wizard. TCP/IP services may not be installed properly. BTW, which connection r u using??

It is just a Local Network Connection for which I need to enable it (for some experiment).

I came across this page (*support.microsoft.com/kb/896743/en-us) If anyone has access to "MCSA/MCSE Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-270)", the pages 2-19 has the solution probably.
