Purchasing a PC within 20k

guys i want to buy a new computer within 20k... i prefer amd becoz its cheap... also i want to buy the best 19" LCD.... i already have a keyboard, mouse and dvd writer, so dnt need... plz suggest guys...

Is the cost of 19" LCD to be included in the 20k? Also, do you need UPS to be included in cost? And please inform your usage purposes to help choose best components...

yes 19" lcd shud b included... its mainly for office use... but the lcd is for gaming and movies which i want to exchange with my home computer.... i also want a ups but no speakers... max budget is 22k...

19" LCDs from Dell start at 9K, but other brands might give you for 8.5K.
Biostar 780G motherboard for Rs. 3150.
160GB HDD 7200RPM from Seagate or WD for 1.8K.
UPS - forgot brand, but the good ones cost around 2.5K.
iBall Bijli cabinet with 400W PSU for 1.5K
AMD Athlon X2 4400+ CPU for 2.7K.
Transcend 1GB+1GB DDR2 667MHz RAM for Rs. 1.5K.

If cost does not work out, consider replacing mobo with a GeForce 7050 based board for Rs. 2150, but beware that this seriously reduces graphics performance and number of expansion slots will be highly limited.

for 4k more you can get a graphic card too. like 8600 or check for 9500.

am frm kerala... i dnt need any graphics card... btw which is d best looking and performance 19" lcd monitor within 10k
