PSD to HTML

I have a web template on PSD format , how should i convert them to Html so it will upload on a server and run the website.

PSD files are photoshop files,use photoshop to convert to HTML, it comes with a built in tool to export to html.

If you dont have Photoshop then you can use GIMP as it can also open PSD files, but not sure if it supports exporting to HTML. Windows version is also available HERE
