protecting and hiding data of CD

i want to write a CD of some important data and give it to my friend. how can i protecct or most importantly hide the contents of CD after writing the CD so that no one can copy or view the contents of the cd other than my friend or the person to whom i want to give the data?

is there any such software which can fulfill my requirements?
