problems using visual radio

hey guys i'm having problems using visual radio.i entered mirchimum983 as visual radio id for radio mirchi and use airtel live as my access point. but it either says id not recognized or keeps showing"connecting via airtel live" for unlimited amount of time until i get really bored and cancel.

plssss help

p.s.:airtel live is working fine otherwise

Airtel Live cannot be used for connecting to other sites except Airtel's own homepage. Try connecting to any other site and it'll show error. For this you'll need Mobile Office activated on your phone.

Also visual radio needs igprs i think... so u need MO for it... Airtel live (with or without tricks) wont work..

but i visited the airtel website and it says that airtel live offers visual radio. they have even given the steps to be followed to use it but even though i'm following them i'm having the problems written above

hey buddy u need to change ip address of airtel live. u r proxy settings to 100.1.200.99 to 100.1.200.211. try it or activate MO. !

where do i enter these proxy settings? tried the following but in vain
1.web->airtel live settings: has no option for proxy settings
2.tools->settings->connection settings->access points->airtel live:no option for proxy settings
3.tools->settings->connection settings->configurations:it says "NO CONFIGURATIONS"

Hi Guys,

The visual radio service id is case sensitive.You need type MIRCHIMUM983 for mumbai.

im having a similar problem... it connects to the directory service and downloads the visual service ID...(though i get charged)... but it keeps connecting when i start visual radio... n im in delhi btw....
the airtel ppl are dumbshits... they ddnt even no tht airtel offers this service...
the technical departmnt sed ill hv to subscribe to 600 rs. GPRS connection...
