Hello friends,

My PC has the following configuration.AMD Athlon 1300+,80 GB harddisk
,256 MB DDR memory,NVIDIA Geforce xFX 5200 graphics card with windows XP professional in 'D' drive. I have Norton Client security installed as Anitvirus tool. After I have recently installed Oracle 9i, my Norton Antivirus cannot be accessed. When I start the Antivirus programm, the dialog box asking for password appears for a second and closes on its own, before I could type the password. Similarly, I cannot edit the windows registry. When the registry editor is started from Start->Run->regedit, the window appears for a second and closes by itself. I have scanned my computer with Stop-Sign Threat Scanner, which has reported that a virus 'win32.HLLW.Forbot.based' has infected my 'D:\windows\system32\libsys32.exe' file. Please help me as to why I cannot run regedit and antivirus programs.

Any clues...?
