PROBLEM WITH REALPLAYER..CAN ANY ONE HELP ME PLZZ ..!!

Hello Everyone,

I am using RealPlayer10-5GOLD_bb in my system,

it worked fine till date but today when i tried 2 open some files ..they r not getting open and when i tried 2 uninstal the player it's giivng an error saying "UNINSTALLER COMPONENT MISSING." I even tried installing it again....what could b the problem...

I am having K-Lite Codec Pack installed in my system...do codec pack have anything to do with this??


many of my files r in real format so i am worried plz help me out....

What error message do u get, when u open any files?
Also, to uninstall got to DriveName:\Program Files\Real\RealPlayerSetup andrun the file "r1pclean.exe"to uninstall.Ignore any warning messages.
Then Reinstall Real Player, but close all Explorer windows during installation.Also run a Spyware check before installation.

thats da problem wid da k lite codec pack! it always overwrites the players' files! i had the same prob too!
