Problem with Nero

Hi Guys,

I was using Nero 6.5 and it was working fine. But after I updated it to Nero 6.6 provided in Digit , it has stopped working. It ghets stuck in the "scanning SCSI/IDE Bus" message and hangs. Am unable to close it even thru' Task Manager. I tried uninstalling Nero 6 and moved back to Nero 5.5, deleted the registry entries but to no avail. How do I solve this problem. Also kindly suggest me any other CD writing softwares having all functionalities as Nero 6 Ultra edition and as easy to use as Nero.
