Problem With My DVD Writer ???

I am using benq 1640 DW DVD writer... I have some problems, I dono where the problem is, With my dvd writer or my system...

My problem is :

When i insert any cd or dvd it doesn't show the name of the cd\dvd in my computer, i.e. it remains as DVD-RW Drive...

And it doesn't auto start When i insert any cd or dvd, even when i insert a autorun cd\dvd like some game or OS cd\dvd...

But i can access the files in cd\dvd by manually opening the drive...

Where is the problem with???

Click Start > Run
and type gpedit.msc
Now click Administrative templates > System
& in the right side pan find, Turn off Autoplay
Double click it, select Disabled & click OK.
Restart ur system. Now autoplay will b on.
