PROBLEM WITH MICROSOFT WORD

Hello, I have a problem with MS WORD 2000, Actually When i am opening the MS WORD only one page with rular-bar is opening, other all option, like FILE, EDIT, VIEW, INSERT, FORMAT, TOOLS........options are hidden, i don't know how this occurs, u plz tell me how can i repairs this, i have re-installed and repaired MS OFFICE 2000, i have done both, but problem still occur, plz help....

try the above then ,
search for normal.dot in the drive u have installed off2k . u might have multiple files for multiple options . just take all and move it to a temporary folder in desktop and restart off2k . the normal.dot should be replaced by a new one. hope this helps .

else try going back to when it was working using system restore for winxp or scanreg /restore for win98 . but keep this as last option if others fail

Just press Print Screen button on your keyboard and then open MsPaint and Edit > Paste then File > Save ..

somebody might have removed toolbars

u can do this
->right click on any visible toolbar, select customize
->A dialog box will appear, select toolbar tab
-> there click on Reset.. button
