Problem installing s/w with 6670

my mobile 6670 is having some problems when i connect to my pc using the usb cable...
am able to xfer the images or videos...but when i try to install any application (.sis) the error message is "operation failed" and the application installer fails me every time....

what could possible have gone wrong and any solution for it...??

will formatting do any good?

Just transfer the .Sis file to ur phone thru file manager.Which version of Nk pc suite are u using.

i use pc suite 6.3 which came along with the mobile...

if i xfer sis file by filemanager? how do i install??

copy,paste the .sis file to ur memory card{My Computer>Nokia Phone Browser>Nokia 6670>MMC}.
On phone Tools>File manager>mmc,click the file which u just transfered to install
