You cannot do it from within Word 2003.

Word can only print the text and graphics which you can see in the Print Layout View.

But there is a workaround for your needs.

Step 1: Open your document in the Reading View

Step 2: Press the Print Screen button (near the Scroll lock button) of your keyboard.

Step 3: Open Microsoft Paint Program from the Start ---> Accessories --> Paint.

Step 4: On the Edit menu of the Paint Program select Paste.

Step 5: Save and Print. u are done.
