posting directly thru email ?

is it possible to post message or image directly thru email in any phpbb forum. i know it can be linked to any online image but i want this special feature as uploading is taking too much time and many times my system hangs up.

I don't think so its possible......

I guess that is so because you have to login into the forum before posting messages and that's not possible through the email !

If it is...... I will be VERY surprised...since It could throw up some very serious security issues...

MORE on that if the threat is discovered by someone !

What u r saying is right about security. But i am talking about my own forum. I mean is admin have the facility to upload / post anything from their mailbox ?

It is hard to say whether admins will get the facility.
If they did, others users might get it as well.

And I have not come across any1 saying that this facility is available !
