Nokia 5310XM: Compromises on software installation and camera.
SE K550i/W810i: Compromises on software installation

Spend bit more, get Nokia 5700, sound quality not as good as the above 2 phones and cam not as good as SE phones above.

I'd say stay away from N70. Its big and looks ugly (don't flame, but I think so).

In short its just flashing the firmware or something close to it!
