Well Actually Yes There is a software for this.....Its Like A video Simulator for Those in The Hair Styling Industry......The One that i could find in a hurry was this one The Designer 2000 *www.nausoft.com/products/designer2000/
or EImagePro *www.eimagepro.com/
or Saloon Styler Pro *www.salonstyler.com/download.php
Remeber These are Shareware Versions And not a freeware.....
But u can try googling for more results.....
