Can anybody Pls. me,
I want an AMD MOBO that is 939 socket, onboard AGP, PCI-E or AGP 8X Slot, and non SLI, Pls. tell me if you know any ???
Pls. tell me the cost also !!!
Which one of the following games will work on the system with all the effects turned on at 1024 * 768 Res. with AMD 3000+, 512 MB 333 FSB RAM and 80 GB Seagate Baracudda 7200 RPM =>

The K8N Neo 4 Platinum is a very good mobo for the 939 series. It has got many features with good performance.
I guess you can't play any new game with all the eye candy turned on using the onboard solution. Get a DX9 ready card.

very few games will work will all effects turned on with an onboard graphics controller....it would b better 2 get a dedicated graphics card if u intend 2 play the games u listed above...but i guess an nForce 3 based mobo should do a decent job if u couple it with a decent graphics card....

Hey Ur current system could handle all these games with ease:
2400+,512MB,5700 etc
Even finished all these games on an overclocked GF4 MX 440.
Here are the configs which even a MX440 could handle:
UT04=>800x600 nd bout max setting @16 bit
DM3=>800x600 low setting
HL2=>1024x768 @max
FC=>1024x768@medium
PK=>800x600@medium
NFSUG2 1024x768@max(I mean all set to MAX)
MEDAL of...=>1024x768@max
Call of Duty=>1024x768@max
Prince of Persia=>doesnt support hardware(MX440)
