Please suggest motherboard and procesor under 10k

hi all,

i have a p3 desktop at home which i which to upgrade.. my budget is 10k..
please suggest a motherboard and a processor... i use my pc for a bit of gaming, surfing, softwares, movies, etc also I have two IDE hard disks which i wish to use..

so help me,,

I think you are in need of RAM also as P3 RAMs cant be used in todays computers also there is another major problem.. With your 2 IDEs, there port left for any optical media unless you plan to run SATA optical media..

So unless you have these devices, along with your processor and motherboard, you would be in need of RAM + SATA Optical drive + PSU (SMPS)..

Do you have separate budget for these products or you would need these under 10k also ??

oops i m really sry.. i actually meant i have p4 3.0 ghz desktop at home..

and ya i am willing to buy ddr2 ram along with the motherboard and processor..
as far as ide hdd is considered. i need atleast 1 slot for it.. if not 2..
