I am going to buy a mobile with minimum value.

what i must need :
1) good sound quality
2) mp3 player
3)FM
4) Bluetooth

that all. budget around 3k.

SE K330 - 2.8k but it doesn't have a card slot for expandable memory.

Most phones in this range have up to 3 features from your list. You'll have to increase your budget by a few hundred if you want one with a card slot.

Get the Nokia 3110 classic.
If you can't stretch for it then MOTO W230.
