hello ,
i have transcend jetflash v110 4gb pendrive. when iam syncing my friend's mp3 collection with my pendrive. it showed me a error that the pen drive is write portected. any suggestions, beyond the follwing. because i have tried all these thigs stated below.
1) format using system management( right clicking on 'my computer' and chooseing 'manage'.
2) weather to chek the write portection switch on the stick( there is'nt such thing)
3) try to format in you friend's system( because it showed the same error)\\
4) try formating using windows xp installer ( it shows an error tooo...)
5) try formatting in linux( i had tried in neraly 20 linux versions but all of them will be formated in linux. But when i plug that in windows it shows all the files and the same error)
6) try using hp removable disc fromat tool(it too shows the same error)
7) to throw off my one( because i cann't)
8) to return to vendor for replacement because it is out of warrenty.
if any one have ideas beyond the above. If you suggest me . it will be more than appreciation
