PHP [ ] 8 users online

I need a small favor from ya alll, am stuck , i knoiw am taking ya all precious time , but i guess i aint no option !

this wat i wanted :

eg : 8 users online currently , is there any php script so that i can show this on my page , how many of them r online ?
