Hi

I know that there are a lot of threads regarding this subject but as new hardwere is introduced almost everyweek I am posting this thread.

I have a budget around 1500/-. Which is the best pendrive around this range? (Best in the sence, the size, build quality, warrenty). Please help me!

Thank you in advance.

i just bought umax apus 210 1gb pen drive for 1450/-
its transfer rate sucks man
though it has got excellent features (security utilities, botable, disk partition, password protection)
its write transfer rate is 6 mb/sec ,i tell u get a higher write speed pen drive
otherwise u will waste ur money.
when i transfer a single 400 mb file it takes 3 mins
but if i transfer the same 400 mb data with around 100 files it takes 20 mins

so think again before buying

Sorry man, my fren's not a techie guy so he really doesn't know all the detail stuffs. I haven't checked it out myself, will surely post when i do.

I use a transcend jet flash 256 MB bought long time ago. it's good. It didn't give me any problems till now and it's speed is respectable. Transcend's good. go for it.

Go for Transcend 1GB JetFlash.
It'll cost U less than 1.2 K
The dealer might ask u for more like 1.4/1.5 but tell him that its available in just 1.2 K. :D
U'll get it and nothing can beat Transcend. Kingston comes after it.
