PC not starting ..Urgent Help needed!

My confAssembled PC)
AMD Athlon 64 3200+
MSI RS480M2-il Mobo
Hynix 512 mb RAM
.......................
My PC was very unstable.I tried to tweak the RAM using BIOS settings.
I just changed The CAS delay from 2.5 to 2(Under DRAM settings)
Now the PC is not even starting...not even the BIOS screen.
Can changing the BIOS settings harm the Mobo?
I personally dont think so... coz we can only choose from an acceptable set of values.
Pls help ASAP.

dont worry...i must ve gone thru this hundreds of times ... reset ur cmos by taking out the battery and leaving it as such for 3-4 mins...
plug the battery back in now and restart...everything should go back to default!

you can also reset your bios to its defaults by using the jumpers on the motherboard. refer to your motherboard manual on how to do this.

Ringwraith's way do doing it is much easier

Don't try using hynix RAM chips at ddr400 CAS2 unless you have the new d5 chips.

Tilt it 2, 3 times and kick it..it will start..haha just kidding..
