PC not starting 1st time, but restarts 2nd time

When i first switch on the PC for 1st time, it boots to POST screen and shuts off.
When i switch it again, it starts normally and boots to Windows.

What could be the problem?

Windows Version : Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Monitor : ViewSonic VA1716w SERIES
Video Adapter : AMD Radeon HD 6670

Does this pattern occur everytime you switch it on or does it also behave differently sometimes?

I guess, the issue is with hibernation settings in Win10. Disabled the hibernation. Now the system is switching on in 1st try itself.
