Partition Lock

I have some stuff on a few partitions on my PC which I don't want others to access. Is there a way to lock the partition in such a way that it can only be accessed by me? Plz help.

Do u have Partition magic? I am not using it but i have heard that we can do that from it. Not sure! Lets wait for some one else's reply!

If you use Windows XP and have the partition in NTFS partition, you can set Security settings to prevent others from accessing the partition... You have to set "Enable Simple File Sharing" to off, and also note that admins can still take ownership of the files and then access them...

Read this month's digit take a crack solution.. you'll will get it.. you can hide your entire partitions from it...

Try Cryptainer. It will create a virtual partition in any of your Hard Disc partitions where you can save your sensitive data. This partition will only be visible/accessible through a password. The LE version, which is free, has a space-limit of 10MB(however you can create as many partitions as you wish) but purchased version has no such space limit.
