I hav 3 hdd connected in my pc(80 + 40 + 40GB). C: D: E: F: partitions on 80 GB hd. G: on first 40GB hd and H: on the other. i have xp on C: and vista on D: drive. The problem is H: is visible(and hence accessible) in xp but since a few days it is not visible in vista. However H: shows up in the disk management in vista. It simply shows up as dynamic disk and online.

Again goto Disk management and right-click on where u read "Dynamic and online" and select "Convert to basic disk" (or something like that option).
