particular site not opening on my computer BSNL BB

Right off the assembly line
I m unable to open data.bsnl.in on my laptop(vista). I tried using all the browsers.
While on the same time i m able to open data.bsnl.in on other laptop which is connected to my network.

What the problem i cant figure it out
