paint deleted- need to restore

i have accidently removed windows paint and some other accesories , unfortunately the xp cd is not close at hand , is there any link where i can get windows utlities , thnx

You can get them back from following folder:

%windir%\System32\DLLcache

Vishal, there is no dllcache folder , thing is i had removed ms paint and some other components from the control panel , is there any way possible adding them again without the xp cd, plz reply , thnx

DLLcache folder will be HIDDEN, so just enable "Show hidden files/folders" option and disable "Hide protected files/folders" options in Tools -> Folder Options
