overclock cpu

i have intel old socket p4 2ghz processor
i have 3 fan 1 cpu 1smps 1box
i don't have ac also
what is overclock limit of my cpu?

it cant be said like this but if your mobo supports and with excellentcooling features about 2.4ghz as a long time back with biostar mobo with via chipset and p4 1.5 ghz i clocked it to 2.0 and it ran ok , but i changed it back to 1.9 then it ran with stability.
