Hi Friends!in OUTLOOK, how to maintain a calendar and appointments for more than one person. For one man one .pst file will be created and data will be saved in the .pst file. If a second person wants to maintain in the same PC and in the same OUTLOOK, what is the procedure. In case if I am going to a new place, and wants to see in any PC availabe there, can I copy this .pst file in to that computer and see my appointments and engagments, date of births etc. If yes, what is the proceudre? How can I keep this .pst file in the web ( space given by Yahoo or any other websites) and access it through internet whenever I go away from my station. Awating for your solutions. Bye
