U must be using Outlook Express...
Try the option Export from File menu...

i know the option of export well i just wanted to know whether is tehre any option of saving the .dbx file

Just search those file its somewhere inside Documents and Setting folder.

what do you mean by saving a .dbx file. may that be a dbx file or any other file, the saving procedure is the same. Please ask clearly what do you want to do...
