Outlook express problem in sending mail

My Dear Friends

In my win 98 os i got this errer in outlook express in send mail..!!

after restart i do not get this mail..!!

by this errer i can not send any message and i have to restart my pc.

An unknown error has occurred. Protocol: SMTP, Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0131

i scan with pc-cillin and norton with latest update..!!

trojen and spy removal with latest update but problem is still there..!!

so what is problem.>!!

Try - click Start / Find / Files or Folders type in "outbox.dbx", press Find Now / Edit / Select All / File / Delete and restart your computer (Delete outbox). If this fails reinstall Outlook Express :roll:

Did you change any settings in Outlook Express? What version of Outlook Express are you using?

Try reinstaliing dude! i think this probably helps u.

Oh wait, wait. Don't just run to re-install. If everything else fails, only then go for a re-installation. Lets first try to find out what the problem is. Has this error recently started?
