Outlook Express not opening

I am using Win XP with SP2. Recently, my computer has developed a problem - the outlook express is not opening. While trying to open it I get the message - "Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to open the Outlook Express message store. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full. Contact Microsoft for further assistance. (0x8007007E,126)."
The next dialog box says "Oulook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. Outlook Express may not be installed properly."
However, my hard disk has enough meory unused.
Please help to start the O/E.

Just Save ur Outlook mail folder to another drive & after that unisntall & reinstall ur Outlook Express
