Norton LiveUpdate

I have Norton SystemWorks 2005 and Norton Personal Firewall 2005 installed on my computer. These two are original packages.
I have a problem using liveupdate. Whenever i click on the liveupdate button in the SystemWorks window, no liveupdate window comes up. Iv tried re-installing both the programs - but no use!
Please help me..... What can i do?

Try configuring LiveUpdate first.

I have NSW 05 and NIS 05 installed and the LiveUpdate works perfectly well, integrating the downloads of both softwares.So atleast there cannot be any problem regarding the compatibility of Norton products.
