When it is goin 2 release in India

If released soon then prices of the silver & black will be same or diff ?

It is not yet confirmed whether a black version will be made. So no way anyone can tell when it'll come to India. Prices however will be same in case it does come.

i think the price will be same if not will be not any change in the phone except color but when it will come is not sure even not sure whether it will come or not

Wait for sometime... it'll be launched soon going by the nokia trend most of the black versions haf some kinda suffix to them are are costlier than their normal counterparts. so can't say anything till its launched.
