2) This can be achieved using "remote desktop connection" in
programs >accessories >communication. You must have Xp pro and you must enable remote desktop connections. Also, only one person at a time will be able to use the PC, either from console or from remote connection.

3) Gotta check this one out. Will tell you if found :D

4) This one's pretty easy. RUN > control userpasswords2 >advanced > enable the last checkbox.

A software known as Dameware Mini Remote Control should take care of this

1. U can talk to every one, by going to command and typing
net send PCNAME_ON_LAN "messege"
Alternately, u can do "ctrl-alt-del" and there's an area/ option somewhere in task manager that lets u do that!

2. Just install ssh or telnet server on the PC which u want to control! U have to port forward if the other PC (that u want to control) is in different IP range and uses a router

3. *www.thinkdigit.com/forum/showthread.php?t=46209

4. Install "tune up utilities", "WinXp manager" . It lets u do that.
