    I have Windows XP

    So are there any good Network auditing softwares for Windows XP?

    what do you want to do ? capture packets or say see the traffi pattern and usage or do some SNMP stuff just search the web there is a plethora of available software . Linux has the the best stuff like ethereal, tcpdump etc

    I wanna see who are all connected to my pc

    what they are trying to access

    what ports are opened and what software is using those ports

    You can put your windows machine on a network with another machine running GNU/Linux. There are many excellent portscanning and network audit tools in Linux.... nmap , nessus are among my favourites....
