Net and Phone... ???

I'm home these days on vacations... and unlike campus have damn slow (56K) dial-up here...

So whenI use net with my dial-up is there any way (software/electronic circuit) that lets me receive any incoming call during surfing....???

Hi,

You need to have a V.92 capable modem as well as an ISP which supports that standard on their Access Number, plus a call waiting feature from your Telephone service provider. The software for the call waiting feature usually comes with the Modem.
