Nero Installation Problem

I earlier had Nero 7 installed in my system.When i tried to install the new updated version the old version was installed & during the installation process the message pops up saying that "Your Installed version of is not compatible with.Please uninstall or upgrade first."What should i do to install nero in my system?

1. uninstall prev nero
2. delete ahead/nero folder from program files
3. use registry cleaner to clean ur registry.
4. restart ur pc
5. now try to install new nero
6. it shud work

That doesnt seem to solve the proble.It still persists.
