NERO 7 Problem

I have installed Nero 7 premium and since then I am facing a small problem.

Problem 1: Nero is not listed under Autorun. That is, when I insert a blank CD in the CD-RW drive the Autorun feature of Windows XP does not list "Burn with Nero" option but it does list other options like "Open Writing folder" , "Burn with WMP" etc.

Problem 2: Nero Home does not function properly.

My System Config:

P4 HT 3.0Ghz LGA775

915GAV motherboard

Samsung CD-RW Combo

Seagate 80 GB HDD

256 MB Ram Kingston

Windows XP with SP2 + updates.


Please help me solve this problems.

Have you disabled the autorun feature?

Try re-installing Nero.

If it still does not work, then your copy of Nero might not be original.

u must have disabled the Autorun and other settings while installing it. reinstall w/o uninstalling current.
I would suggest additional 256 MB ram, nero 7 uses lot of ram.

Hey........

I downloaded the demo nero 7 from their site and gave it the PROPER serial key and it works fine !

That is the trouble with Nero not being original ?
If any1 experiences such probs......i'll be very happy to know about them !

well...i m unable to install the demo that came in the DIGIT CD\DVD for December. It says that the serial key has expired?? Any help guys???
And BTW, does this demo pack have a limited trial offer or does it run on limited features without any time limit?
