Need Special Download Manager

Is there any download manager for Windows that can work as background service and download files even when the user as logged out. Or the user logs out after starting the software.

u can download when u switch user.And u log off mean all the running porcess come to an end so noway download files even when the user as logged out to as background service and u dont find such a software. Hope understand.....
