Hi guys, I want to gift my dad a Bose music system for his birthday. Their line of home theatre systems is out of my budget reach. So I was considering buying the Bose accoustimass 6 speakers + Yamaha RX-V477 5.1 Channel AV Receiver both of which I'll get in under 90k rs. My dad currently owns the Panasonic 5.1 channel SA-PT470 . this will be a huge purchase for me and I don't want to come out regretting it. Is anybody here experienced with these speaker setups? Can you tell me if this will be a worthy purchase over the current Panasonic setup?
BTW the a/v source will be an HD set top box and a computer with local high definition media and YouTube.
