hello
i am using cable net , as u know in the cable net many users are connected to one particular server(gateway) those are subscribe net from that cable provider. My problem is due to this all users are belongs to same workgroup and they can easily connect to other users. I can download one s/w named share-watch which shows that most of the time 2-3 users are connected to my PC. Is there any s/w so that i can prevent particular users to connect to my PC. i knows there system name and IP bcoz this info. shown by share-watch. i also use Kaspersky Anti-Hacker but there is no option to add IP which we want to block.
In short i want to block some IP addresses to connect to my PC. Any s/w available for this?
