Need help urgent on ASCII text format

i'd to submit the biodata in the jobsites, it doesnt accpt doc/txt files 4 upload... It asks 4 ASCII text format....... wht shud i do ?????

in MS Word's 'save as' option there is a file format named plain text.
try it.
