need help in upgrading

hii everyone
i am planning to upgrade some of the components of my desktop..
i am looking for a motherboard, a processor and ram..
my budget is around 7k.
please kindly confine ur views with regard to the budget mentioned above.

7k is little less for all the components you have mentioned. I think 9k to 10K will be a good budget.

Ram: 2 GB Dynet 1333 MHz DDR3 @ 1.7k
CPU: Athlon II X2 245 @ 2.65k

Total 6.95k + 4 % vat.

Increase your budget a bit if possible- will be good for you, especially in the long run.
