need for speed needs help

hi guys,i'm a newbie on digit forum.the problem is that i cant see the road or the car when i play my nfs ug2.my pc config is celeron 1.7ghz,256mb ram,gigabyte rz series motherboard with VIA chipset.before i had a intel 845 motherboard on which i completed the game with 128mb ram.now just the menu shows up.sound is okay.only i cant c the front.my directx is uptodate.i even installed latest drivers available for my chipset but no use.please help.i just cant wait to play nfs again.plllllzzzzzzzzzz.

It seems that your PC configuration is too old to Play NFS-U2. Plz refer to the NFS manual to check out minimum configuration for playing NFS-U2.

I wanna tell u that I have P4 2.8 GHz and Intel 915 GAV board with Intel 900 GMA onboard graphics, and I am only just able to play NFS-U2 with all eye candy turned off.

Hope you need a good Graphics card to play NFS-U2 on your PC.

but it did play before

thats ok but i had playeed the same game on my intel 845 motherboard with 128MB ram.it worked fine.unfortunately it got struck by lightning.so i had to change it.now the game doent play on the new motherboard.why is that?im going mad to solve this problem........

the intel 845 uses the intel integrated grafiphic controller which is more powerfull than the graphic controler on your sis board. i would suggest a better graphics card.
ps: did you know you can run nfs underground with the eye candy set to low on the onboard 845 graphic controller!
