Using this router at the moment.
Currently using neighbors Jio Fiber with ₹399 plan (shared), with "WDS Bridging" (Setting Emulator>Wireless>Wireless Settings>Enable WDS Bridging"

Model - TL-WR740N V4 150M Wireless Lite N Router
Firmware - 3.17.0 Build 150105 Rel.61576n
Product Page Link - Download for TL-WR740N | TP-Link India
Setting Emulator - TL-WR740N

NEW WiFi 6 routers available at lowest price.

NEW WiFi 5 routers available at lowest price.

budget not set because of confusion over WiFi standards.
But basic need will be 30 mbps speed through neighbors Jio fiber on 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz bands and Bridge Mode, Access Point mode, Repeater Mode etc features.

I want to use repeater for 1 year.
After 1 year I want to use router.
So suggest some best budget router wifi 5, wifi 6 which can also be used as repeater or access point.
Thank you.

Hmm, If you have Wifi 5/6 devices, only then it makes sense to buy such routers. Regardless, you can go with Wifi 5 anyway (Wifi AC) as its cheap.
I think all TP link routers have repeater functionality. (Atleast WDS Bridging).

Buy one that is cheap, has gigabit port. I cant recommend a specific model in mind. My opinion is to find some friend's router, set everything up once, and see the kind of speeds you are getting at home. Then decide to buy to higher model if you get range issues. Its a lot of trial and error involved.

I was thinking to buy tp link C50 or C20
But as you suggested gigabit port router.
Both these have 100mbps WAN / LAN port.
So it is not possible to use 150 mbps or 200 Mbps or higher fiber speed in these routers?

Nope, just strictly network speed will be capped at 100 mbps

theoretically, you could exceed 100mbps if there is network transfer between 2 wifi AC capable devices on the 5ghz network. But thats about it.

Also, having such a high cap, lets you fully utilize the 100mbps internet speed if there is a lot of intra network transfer happening in the background, like above.

I use Archer AX10, bought for 4.5k, working well.

Have Dlink AX1500 at parent's place, was working fine initially. When I later bought it for myself, a software update was breaking it leading to connection drops. I had to make the software update to set the device up for first time, so working fine at parents place since they don't try to reconfigure it.

Same think happened with my old D-Link modem..
D-Link is very bad at firmware updates.
