need advice to buy PC under 15k budget for home use

* Craetive A-35 speakers -- 0.4k
Total ---- 19.6k

Its the best config u can get for this budget.

I am not sure but heard of an assembled PC in just Rs. 13,000/-. But configuration will be just OK.

But fill up the template first. And those assembled PCs are best suited for Internet Cafes. For home one needs a good system which can last long unlike the PC at 13k.

But again, fill up the ques. Template first for a better suggestion.

BTW u have increased ur budget to 18k so why are u looking for a 13k PC.
