Need a Mp3 Player With.....

I friends I am buying a mp3 player..
It should have following features

1. Voice recording.
2. Fm Streaming and Recording.
3. Line In recording from any source(PC or stereo)!
4. Minimum 5 GB Space.
5. Mp3,wma support .Midi support too would be excellent!

If you have or know a mp3 player like this please report.
