my laptop problem

hi..
guys
i have compaq presario cq-40 145tu laptop,

Processor intel core2duo
RAM 2GB
HDD 250GB

but now when i power on my laptop it shows only compaq logo and it not boot..
even i cant enter BIOS setting
and when i press any key a beep sound is coming..
i tried all like replace RAM,hard disk,CMOS,laptop battery
but problem is as it is
so please help me...

check your RAM , open your RAM and insert again and start your laptop or RAM might be damage.

^^ Op has tried replacing the ram ...

@ Op - if possible remount the cpu .. an d don't forget to use some god TiM when you are remounting the cpu hsf.
