My Bamboo Fun Tablet is not working...thanx to Power Surge Error

hello people,
i recently upgraded my pc around 5 days back....whenever i connect my Transcend 8gb pen drive or Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet...my windows gives me a error "Power surge on hub port: a usb device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port" :confused:....after that my tablet and usb pendrive is not getting detected at all :(... i checked for solutions over the net & i found a many many solutions i did all those but still my tablet and usb pendrive is not getting detected at all..i even changed my 500w power supply also..still its giving me the same error..

even i tryed connecting my tablet and usb pen drive in my brothers comps..
its still not getting detected at all...i am getting scared that my tablet & pen drive is gone for sure...plz somebody help me with this problem:(

my motherboard is Gigabyte S Series, Model No : GA-G31M-S2L
OS: Windows XP Professional SP2

^^ Pen tablet. An input device where the pointer is controlled by a pen.

@legolas: Wacom has good warranty support. Is yours under warranty? If yes you should get it checked. You did after all check it on someone else's comp.

Maybe your wiring is a problem. Try plugging it into a PC from some other building or something. Might work.
